PAST PROJECTS
Ozma Zafar Women’s Foundation has been responding to various challenges over the years, ranging from relief services for disaster-struck areas, both nationally and internationally, to promoting vocational and entrepreneurial skills in young women, as well as assisting in setting up of small businesses and technical and non-formal educational centres.
After the flood of 2010, OZWF worked in a village of Sujawal, initially providing relief goods, reconstruction of homes, and then providing assistance in livelihood development by providing vendor carts and livestock animals, setting up of shops and a small informal school for girls, which is still running.
